Frequently Asked Questions

I like to work behind the scenes and my primary goal as a photographer is to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera.
I love to work with people that match with my style and view, so for me is really important to meet or chat with you before the photoshoot in order to know each other and exchange ideas. I use mostly a documentary style combined with a fine art and creative touch. I also love create images that reflect you and that I can build with my creativity. The pictures I will deliver to you will form a visual story that will keep reviving your memories and emotions also in the future.

Yes, we will meet several times before the photoshoot! The first meeting meeting is extremely important, as it allows me to understand your desires and expectations and at the same time it helps you decide whether I am the right person for you! For weddings and elopements the meeting will be several, in order to discuss every detail.
In case it is not possible to have face-to-face meetings we can organize online video calls in order to get to know each other before the photoshoot.

Yes, I am always willing to follow you wherever you want to celebrate your wedding or elopement – be it in nearby European countries such as Italy, Germany, France, or even farther away from Switzerland. Different landscapes, ceremony rituals and traditions are always an enrichment for me as a photographer and as a person.

I typically deliver the pictures about two months after the day of shooting for weddings and elopemnts and in about two/three weeks for Couple, Family and pet photoshoots.

Pet, Family, Couple photoshoots: we will find a date that suit us and we will fix it. I will reserve the time for you. We will also be always in contact to see if there is the need to change the date (for example for weather reasons, etc…) Weddings and elopements: as soon as you confirm that you want to book me as your wedding photographer, I will preliminarily reserve the date after our first non binding meeting till your decision. BUT The date is officially reserved for your wedding only after I receive a small deposit and a signed copy of the contract.

Yes, I normally take care by myself of the photoshoot and of the photo post-production.

Depending on the location and the time of the year we can decide when is best to do the photoshoot. During summer for example I usually suggest to have the photoshoot in the evening in order to have the best light possible, sunset hour is always a good choice.

I do all my shooting on location, that means that I mainly use natural light -because I just love it – but if necessary I can use also artificial light in really dark settings or for creative effects. I do not have a Studio with fixed lights and backgrounds but I can bring the studio to your home, especially for dog photography.
